Track My Mods (TMM) Privacy Policy

• Information Collected by AdMob: Our App uses AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and use information about your device and interaction with ads to provide a better ad experience. At the time of writing, this was available at https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Platform-Collected Information: We rely on the data collection mechanisms of Apple and Google platforms. This may include information related to app usage, device information, and interaction data as per their respective privacy policies.
• Photo Library: Our App does not need access to your photo library to function. When selecting existing photos in your photo library to import, only the selected photo(s) are stored within the local storage of your device. Should your device be backed up to a cloud provider, this may also move these photos to that service. We do not have access or store any information about cloud backup services for your device.
• No Additional Data Tracking: Apart from the information collected by AdMob and platform providers (Apple and Google), our App does not independently track, collect, or store any personal information from our users.

2. How We Use Your Information:
• To Serve Ads: Information collected by AdMob is used to display relevant advertisements within the App.
• App Functionality and Improvement: Information collected by Apple and Google platforms is used to maintain and improve the functionality of our App.
• Compliance and Legal Obligations: We may use your information to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Sharing of Your Information:
• With Service Providers: Information may be shared with third-party service providers, such as AdMob, for the purpose of advertising.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to comply with legal processes.
• Third-Party Payments: For processing in-app purchases and subscriptions, we use RevenueCat, a third-party service. RevenueCat manages the transactions and ensures secure payment processing.
